Senior Specialist AI Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and maintain security test suites for LLM-based applications, covering prompt injection, jailbreak, and data leakage
• Develop and execute tests on internal and user-facing agents
• Analyze and respond to alerts from LLM Firewalls, guardrails, Anonymizers, and AI Gateways
• Maintain and evolve critical AI Security production services written in Go
• Perform log, metric, and event analysis related to LLM traffic and internal platforms
• Identify and correct false positives, false negatives, and detection gaps
• Conduct security reviews on MCPs, skills, and developer tools
• Implement security quality gates for ML artifacts and supply chains
• Document technical findings, playbooks, and best practices

Requirements

• Solid experience in software engineering and production service operation
• Proficiency in Go/Golang (mandatory for production services)
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory for automation, scripting, and AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph)
• Experience with Git, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and code review
• Practical experience with APIs, HTTP, authentication, and authorization
• Strong knowledge or interest in AI, LLMs, agents, and Machine Learning
• Excellent written communication for technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM anonymization and privacy tools (e.g., Microsoft Presidio)
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
• Experience with threat modeling and agent security
• Practical experience with prompt injection and jailbreak attacks
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Experience with ML Security and model supply chain security
