Senior Specialist Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close for assigned entities scope
• Coordinate with GL, AP, Treasury, FP&A, Commercial and Project Finance
• Validate manual journal entries, accruals, IC recharges, provisions, adjustments
• Ensure P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow integrity
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual reporting packs
• Deliver variance analysis and management commentary
• Provide clean actuals for forecasting and consolidation
• Translate TB/GL data into management reports
• Coordinate balance sheet quality reviews
• Coordinate key accounts (GR/IR, intercompany, accruals, advance/prepayment, AP/AR)
• Drive resolution of aged and unclear balances
• Build and maintain the audit & compliance tracker
• Coordinate the dispatch of audit and compliance requests
• Monitor compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and controls
• Own G&A and cost center analytical reporting and distribute to business leaders
• Build management P&L views for EDGE Commercial & EDGE Global
• Manage mixed structures where cost centers sit across multiple legal entities
• Reconcile statutory P&L with management P&L views
• Produce analytics for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management
