Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Act as the Pharmacist in Charge for the MEA Regional Distribution Center in the UAE
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and local regulatory requirements for storage and transportation
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure alignment with Quality Agreements
• Communicate with UAE Health Authorities, service providers, and Marketing Authorization Holders
• Manage audits, inspections, recalls, and deviation investigations
• Manage CAPA, change control, risk assessments, and document management systems
• Handle market complaints and assess temperature excursions
• Perform facility and equipment validation oversight

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist in the United Arab Emirates (MOHAP, DHA, or DoH Abu Dhabi)
• Eligibility to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge under UAE regulations
• Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale and quality assurance preferred
• Knowledge of wholesale and distribution operations
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
