Senior Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through high-fidelity prototyping, functional flows, and the use of AI to accelerate exploration.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable frameworks to ensure product coherence across domains.
• Integrate AI into practical workflows to improve documentation, exploration, and reduce manual tasks.
• Partner with executives and VPs to influence product direction, experimentation, and company-wide initiatives.
• Mentor design team members at a mastery level and shape design rituals, playbooks, and critique processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a high-level individual contributor with strong leadership scope and judgment.
• Exceptional craft in both interaction design and visual design.
• Deep technical prototyping skills and the ability to build for scale and performance.
• High level of AI fluency and the ability to demonstrate strong automation capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn vague goals into concrete product directions.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
