Senior Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity prototyping and functional flows to bridge vision and feasibility
• Build reusable design systems and frameworks that scale across domains and teams
• Drive practical AI and automation use in design workflows, documentation, and exploration
• Partner with executives and VPs on company-wide direction and high-visibility initiatives
• Mentor designers and shape rituals, playbooks, and critique standards to raise craft

Requirements

• Excellent interaction and visual design craft with a strong portfolio
• Deep technical prototyping skills and fluency with AI-assisted design tools
• Experience building and scaling design systems from the ground up
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define concrete product direction with minimal guidance
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership scope and judgment as a senior individual contributor
