Senior Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal authority on EV charging hardware technology and features
• Own the strategic direction and lifecycle management for the charger fleet
• Set the strategy for and oversee execution of large-scale charger retrofit campaigns
• Own and evolve the multi-year DC Fastcharger product feature roadmap
• Build business models and investment cases for new charging products and infrastructure
• Partner with engineering leadership and external vendors to shape release calendars
• Mentor and provide technical and strategic guidance to other Product Managers

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Or 10 years of experience with a Master's degree
• Or 6 years of experience with a PhD
• Or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience in product development within EV charging or hardware-intensive industries
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments
• Experience in software and hardware development
• Experience in the EV or renewable sector
• Advanced data analytics experience
