Senior Strategic Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and shape strategic initiatives across the company
• Act as a "mini GM" for key areas like Fuel, owning end-to-end execution
• Use advanced SQL to perform data manipulation and inform strategic decisions
• Develop product-line growth strategies to optimize sales funnels and customer engagement
• Identify, own, and publish operational OKRs and KPIs
• Lead cross-functional teams to scale operations and optimize organizational workflows
• Develop and lead GTM programs for new product lines and manage external vendor relationships
• Present recommendations and results to management and key decision-makers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales revenue, tech operations, project management, or business analytics
• Advanced level SQL proficiency (required for daily hands-on work)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with data analysis, manipulation, and visualization tools
• Expertise in designing and implementing CRM workflows and processes
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end workflows from scratch
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
