Senior Strategist, Influencer

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-driven influencer strategies that align with business goals and campaign KPIs
• Design influencer programs that connect brand objectives with measurable outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, media, and execution teams to ensure actionable strategies
• Support pitch development by shaping strategic narratives and building compelling recommendations
• Leverage social trends, platform updates, and research to inform strategic approaches
• Guide testing frameworks and optimization plans to improve campaign outcomes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or digital marketing
• Ability to translate briefs into actionable strategies focused on performance KPIs
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and engagement drivers
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and provide optimizations
• Experience building strategic plans including creator mix and targeting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagements
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
