Senior Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and purchase order execution across a high-volume vendor set
• Lead and monitor in-stock performance and surface OOS risk early
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating corrective action plans and managing scorecards
• Partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and FC Operations
• Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to planning automation and system modernization
• Mentor Supply Planners on analytical methods and decision-making frameworks
• Provide stakeholder reporting with clear narratives and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field
• 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Domo or Snowflake
• Advanced Excel skills including dynamic modeling and scenario analysis
• Proven ability to manage senior-level vendor relationships and accountability
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership
• Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
