Senior System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of corporate Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Group Policy
• Administer access platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), 1C/ERP, SQL servers, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Support VDI and terminal server farms, including patching and documentation
• Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Execute infrastructure projects including AD domain migrations and VDI farm replacements
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and inventory using NetBox and Confluence
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure system availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft and VDI infrastructure
• Proven experience with Active Directory domain or forest migrations
• Proficiency in Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, Kerberos, FSMO) and DNS
• Experience with PKI and AD CS
• Hands-on experience with VDI (Citrix or similar) and Windows RDS
• Experience with Windows Server upgrades, WSUS, and Veeam backup
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, CentOS/RHEL)
• Knowledge of load balancing tools like nginx and HAProxy
• Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and GCP
• Automation skills using PowerShell; Bash, Python, or IaC (Terraform, Ansible) are advantages
• Fluency in Russian and English (B1 level or above)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Amazon WorkSpaces
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• SAN/iSCSI block storage administration
• Experience with vSAN or HCI solutions
• ITIL Foundation certification
