Senior Systems Engineer, Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Intune architecture across corporate production, dev, and demo environments, including tenant strategy and governance
• Build and automate multi-tenant demo and test environments with seeded data and scripted resets for Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
• Standardize Intune device management including Autopilot, enrollment, compliance policies, app packaging, and patching for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Bicep/Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with Security on Entra ID policies, conditional access, MFA, RBAC/PIM, and zero trust configurations within an Okta-centric identity ecosystem
• Provide Tier 3 support and build monitoring, alerting, and reporting to proactively resolve Microsoft platform issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT systems engineering experience with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and M365 administration at scale
• Hands-on experience managing multi-tenant Microsoft environments including production, dev, and demo configurations
• Proven success building automated demo and test labs with data seeding and environment reset workflows
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API skills; solid infrastructure-as-code experience with Bicep or Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep Intune experience with Autopilot, Win32/MSIX packaging, configuration policies, and endpoint analytics across macOS and Windows
• Experience with Entra ID including conditional access, SSO, identity governance, and integration with third-party identity providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications: 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Identity and Access Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or Azure Administrator/Architect
• Experience managing Microsoft infrastructure in legal or professional services environments with high data sensitivity and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with JAMF and hybrid macOS/Windows fleet management; MECM/SCCM co-management experience
• Azure subscriptions, networking, and monitoring experience; GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipeline experience
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
