Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and execute recruitment strategies for institutional sales, retail sales, marketing, and growth roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and marketing teams to support business growth targets.
• Partner with HRBP on offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate communications.
• Capture and maintain market, client, and candidate insights to inform recruitment strategy and support growth plans.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align growth priorities, talent needs, and market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in sales, marketing, or growth roles in corporate or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent, including passive candidates.
• Experience building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experienced in utilizing market insights and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong passion for crypto, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies.
• Experience in global or multi-market recruitment.
• Understanding of marketing, growth, and sales operations.
