Senior Talent Acquisition Partner*

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs and search strategies
• Lead intake meetings and build structured hiring processes including job descriptions and interview plans
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent communities
• Manage searches ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership and executive roles
• Optimize Greenhouse workflows, reporting, and data integrity
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and operational efficiency
• Track recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring quality and speed

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment
• Proven success recruiting technical talent (Software/Mobile Engineers, Product Managers, etc.)
• Experience recruiting for remote, globally distributed teams in U.S. and international markets
• Hands-on experience administering Greenhouse ATS
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI to enhance recruiting effectiveness
• Prior experience in rewarded apps or two-sided marketplaces
• Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills
