Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions globally, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring plans, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Advise stakeholders on market insights, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Build and maintain scalable hiring processes and proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  • Drive structured, data-informed interview practices and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Operate effectively across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within startups, scale-ups, or high-growth companies.
  • Proven expertise hiring for GTM and business functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, People).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated global sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a natively remote, global organization.
