Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruitment for billable positions in cybersecurity, ICAM, IT modernization, and software development
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and initiating offer letters
• Lead upfront involvement with hiring managers to define role requirements and skills
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in compliance with HR regulatory standards
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Source passive candidates using professional networks and selective postings

Requirements

• 8-10 years of full life cycle government contract recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for Department of Defense or Federal Civilian government agencies
• Proven track record of identifying and closing candidates across all talent levels
• Experience working within prime and sub-contracting positions
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree
