Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, sales, finance, and operations from job briefing to signed offer
  • Source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and creative channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles, and interview frameworks
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication, structured interviews, and clear feedback
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source quality

Requirements

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in a startup, fintech, or technology environment
  • Proven track record closing senior and specialized hires across multiple functions
  • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and referral networks
  • Experience managing an ATS and running structured interview processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with urgency to close open roles like revenue targets
