Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and organized data in the ATS
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to solve tactical and long-term hiring challenges
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Continuously optimize and refine hiring processes and sourcing channels
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends to ensure data-driven hiring

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in fast-growing product or tech companies
• Proven track record of managing 5–7 open roles simultaneously
• Strong background in building sourcing strategies and candidate assessment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized
• English level: Intermediate+
