Senior Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for critical roles across product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Build and maintain data-driven market maps and long-term talent pools across fintech, SaaS, and open banking.
• Design and execute proactive outreach strategies to engage and convert passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent team to align on role profiles, timelines, and hiring forecasts.
• Track sourcing metrics, report insights, and continuously improve sourcing workflows for scale and consistency.
• Drive initiatives to improve gender and geographic diversity at the top of the funnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building repeatable pipelines for Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions functions.
• Comfort with analytics and turning data into actionable outreach and prioritization.
• Familiarity with regional hiring nuances across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Previous work with sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox) or recruitment CRMs is a plus.
