Senior Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of highly available online systems in support of assessment programs
• Coordinate system delivery across multiple integrated systems with cross-system dependencies
• Scope and track development requirements for new features and enhancements
• Own the technical specifications process and documentation across all online systems
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with program managers
• Triage and troubleshoot case escalations and client inquiries regarding system behavior
• Lead risk management activities to identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage large-scale system deliverables, including planning, scheduling, and deployment
• Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings and status meetings with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for basic SQL
• Understanding of technical concepts, data relationships, and the software development lifecycle
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira is a plus
