Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations of multiple payment gateways, ensuring compatibility, security and performance
• Act as technical contact for partners and payment gateway providers; build and maintain strategic relationships
• Scope and analyse integration projects from a technical standpoint; assess compatibility with existing systems and recommend adjustments
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Account Management, Finance, TAM and Engineering to deliver merchant onboarding and continuous improvements
• Specify detailed platform requirements, payment standards and API implementations
• Draft and clarify user stories and participate actively in UAT
• Provide technical consultation on checkout, authentication and onboarding best practices
• Support product development with Product Design, Technology and Data Science teams
