Senior Technical Product Manager - Wallets

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for global crypto wallet products, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Define product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing backlogs and development workflows.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
• Conduct extensive market research and customer discovery to refine product value propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and stakeholders to validate and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Track and report on product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
• Proven experience building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
• Strong technical understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bias toward action and a willingness to both set strategy and execute hands-on tasks.
