Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into executable technical milestones and multi-quarter roadmaps
• Drive alignment between Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Finance teams
• Proactively identify critical path blockers and technical debt
• Partner with architects to evaluate system designs for scalability, reliability, and performance
• Drive technical decision-making discussions and ensure program execution aligns with architectural standards
• Build or refine delivery frameworks and automated reporting dashboards
• Provide data-driven status updates, RAID logs, and mitigation plans to C-suite stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 12 years of experience in program or project management in technology environments
• 4 years managing complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams
• Proficiency in emerging areas like AI/ML pipelines, data residency, or DevOps transformation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms, distributed systems, or enterprise-scale infrastructure
• Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or large enterprise IT environments
• Certifications as a ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
• Ability to use metrics and data visualization to justify trade-offs
• Experience driving results across cross-functional teams
