Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the AI roadmap and long-term technical vision with the AI Engineering Lead
• Identify opportunities for generative AI or predictive models to optimize systems and features
• Triage complex AI systems, including data pipelines, backend services, and model deployment layers
• Execute SQL queries to validate and analyze training and production datasets
• Coordinate system deployments and model release cycles with DevOps and engineering teams
• Drive project execution, backlog management, and sprint planning using Jira and Confluence
• Translate technical findings and system constraints into actionable insights for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field with 7+ years of technical project management experience (or Master's with 5+ years)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and model evaluations
• Ability to write and execute basic-to-intermediate SQL queries
• Proficiency in interpreting backend web application components and system data relationships
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools like Copilot or Cursor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying production-grade generative AI features or NLP applications
• Exposure to incident management or production support in cloud computing environments
