Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex Fintech programs involving payments, digital banking, and blockchain
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and detailed roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Manage Agile delivery teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies while integrating DevSecOps practices
• Oversee collaboration across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams
• Ensure all deliveries align with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, and SOC 2
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively
• Provide executive-level communication through status reports, KPIs, and project health dashboards
• Mentor junior project managers and engineers to promote best practices in secure software delivery

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in IT project management
• 4+ years of experience specifically within Fintech or Financial Services
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of DevSecOps integration and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets in a fast-paced, remote environment
