• Oversee the delivery of high-stakes internal and client-facing engineering projects
• Create comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company objectives
• Coordinate efforts across managers and technical teams throughout all project phases
• Meticulously track project progress and deliver executive-ready reports on key metrics
• Refine project delivery methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading all phases of complex technical projects for external clients
• Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience leading scoping and requirements gathering sessions
• Proven ability to craft comprehensive statements of work and proposals
• Exceptional skills in authoring status updates and risk assessments
• Superior communication and presentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous software development experience
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, CPO, or ITIL
• Experience in a business analyst role
• Pre-sales expertise including drafting high-level requirements and delivery strategies
