Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end restoration project management for large-scale enterprise incidents involving hundreds of systems and complex dependencies
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for C-suite executives, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and technical partners
• Build and maintain comprehensive restoration roadmaps, master server trackers, dependency maps, and executive dashboards
• Independently analyze server tiering, application dependencies, and restoration sequencing to drive priority decisions
• Coordinate across multiple concurrent workstreams including technical teams, forensics investigators, and external partners
• Lead war room discussions and executive briefings with clarity and realistic timelines
• Mentor Technical and Incident Project Managers and contribute to restoration methodology development
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with extended availability during critical incidents

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience leading complex technical or cybersecurity projects
• Deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, server dependencies, and application architecture
• Exceptional organizational skills for designing enterprise-scale recovery trackers and dashboards
• Advanced stakeholder management abilities with experience influencing C-suite executives and legal counsel
• Proven ability to lead during crises and work extended hours during active incidents
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on background in systems administration, network engineering, or security operations
• PMP, PgMP, or advanced project management certification
• Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISM, or GIAC
• Experience leading incident response for Fortune 500 organizations
• 10+ years in consulting or professional services focused on crisis management
