Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design and deliver hiring strategies to attract world-class talent
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles, ensuring a seamless and values-aligned candidate experience
  • Source and build pipelines of diverse candidates using creative outreach strategies
  • Evaluate and enhance technical recruiting operations, including interview structures and evaluation tools
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership by connecting recruiting insights to business outcomes
  • Mentor team members to raise the bar for hiring across the organization
  • Collaborate with HR to build employer brand and scalable hiring programs

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of high-impact hires in fast-paced or high-growth companies
  • Deep familiarity with hiring software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Insight into ML, AI, and LLM-related technical trends and talent landscapes
  • Strong relationship management and influence skills
  • Operational rigor and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
