Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting motion for engineering from sourcing through offer close
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using creative outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions, interview structures, and scorecards
• Run a tight, fast-moving process that respects candidates' time
• Own the Ashby ATS as the source of truth for pipeline stages and data cleanliness
• Report on pipeline metrics and help build recruiting systems that scale

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience at fast-growing startups (Series A–C)
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of finding passive talent
• Ability to run the recruiting process autonomously
• High standards for candidate experience
• Technical fluency to discuss role scope and engineering specializations
• Strong stakeholder management and instincts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for security or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS
• Prior experience building an EPD recruiting function
• Existing network of engineering talent
