Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches and create innovative sourcing strategies
• Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel
• Lead and scale sourcing capability to proactively build high-quality talent pipelines
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and conduct intake meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation within Greenhouse to enable meaningful reporting and data integrity

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company
• Demonstrated success building and owning sourcing pipelines
• Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
• Strong relationship builder with a consultative recruiting mindset
• Experience with Greenhouse and BrightHire preferred
• Must not require visa sponsorship
