Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience
  • Lead and scale sourcing capability to build high-quality talent pipelines
  • Partner with stakeholders to conduct intake meetings and determine target profiles
  • Maintain accurate documentation within Greenhouse

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring in fast-paced environments, ideally startups or digital health
  • Proven success building and owning sourcing pipelines
  • Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
  • Strong consultative relationship building skills
  • Experience with Greenhouse and BrightHire preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the digital health sector
