About the Company

General Medicine is a national, tech-enabled telemedicine medical group built by the team behind PillPack (acquired by Amazon Health). We're rethinking how primary and specialty care is delivered at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for technical and technical-adjacent roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on priorities
  • Build and run AI-enabled sourcing strategies to engage high volumes of qualified technical candidates
  • Manage pipelines in Ashby with accurate tracking and timely follow-up
  • Conduct screens to assess technical fit and motivation
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency and follow-through
  • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health and time to fill

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • At least 2 years recruiting technical talent (engineering, product, or data)
  • Hands-on experience with Juicebox.ai and a modern recruiting CRM
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a low-structure environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills
