Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Web3 and crypto technical roles, from sourcing to offer
• Develop and execute global remote sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective hiring plans
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience within crypto exchanges, Web3, or blockchain organizations
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment software
• Demonstrated success in global remote talent acquisition across multiple time zones
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments with shifting priorities and aggressive hiring goals
• Strong communication skills and professional integrity in all candidate and stakeholder interactions
