Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers to attract a diverse pool of applicants
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using HireEz, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct detailed screenings to assess technical skills and culture add
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compensation, legal, and finance
• Use data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in the tech industry
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Proficiency in using data and analytics for recruitment optimization
• Ability to excel in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
