Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies
  • Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with data-driven recommendations
  • Coordinate interview processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Use recruiting data and Greenhouse analytics to track performance and pipeline trends
  • Manage offer processes including compensation discussions and negotiations
  • Partner with People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interface with executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in the Aerospace industry
  • Experience scaling startups in highly competitive markets
  • Experience working in an agency environment
