Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent
- Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor
- Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions and report on progress
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing engineering and product talent
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to build trusted relationships with engineering and product leadership
- Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data
- Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment
- Must reside in California
