Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent
  • Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor
  • Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions and report on progress
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing engineering and product talent
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with engineering and product leadership
  • Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data
  • Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment
  • Must reside in California
