Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring teams as a trusted hiring advisor
• Strengthen and optimize structured interview and hiring processes
• Proactively identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks
• Build strong partnerships across hiring managers, Operations, and candidates
• Develop, document, and refine talent acquisition processes to enable scaling
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition including screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
• Proven track record building high-performing engineering teams
• Experience sourcing niche talent pools for specialized roles
• Ability to influence and advise hiring teams at all levels
• Experience working in a remote environment and working asynchronously
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Greenhouse, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions (e.g., Secret, TS/SCI) within defense, aerospace, or government contracting
