Senior Technical Sales Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives and clinician-led Sales Solution Architects to lead complex pre-sales engagements
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT, security, and digital health stakeholders
• Architect technical solution strategies involving Smart on FHIR, RESTful APIs, and HL7 standards
• Explain and validate integration approaches for structured and unstructured healthcare data
• Articulate how AI models are incorporated into MCG solutions and enterprise workflows
• Lead technical due diligence, including security reviews, vendor risk assessments, and RFP responses
• Design technical solution architectures, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and solution scope

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technical integrations, architecture, and AI-enabled solutions for healthcare customers
• Experience responding to enterprise security, privacy, and compliance inquiries
• Strong understanding of API-driven integrations and service-based architectures
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications in cloud, security, or interoperability technologies
