Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales onboarding and assist customers with deploying RegScale across Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Participate in solution workshops to identify requirements and shape technical strategies
• Develop Python scripts for data loading and integration with external commercial tools
• Create and document product integration scripts to support platform extensibility
• Deliver technical demonstrations and customer training to support platform adoption
• Communicate customer technical requirements to the Product team to inform future enhancements
• Enable Customer Success teams with technical training, example code, and hands-on exercises
• Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or Bash and at least one other language (e.g., C#, Golang, Rust, SQL, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript)
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with data manipulation of structured and unstructured data and developing REST APIs
• Experience accessing and integrating with commercial software platforms via APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
• Proven experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience using Python, Go, or Rust in real-world integration or automation scenarios
