Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage passive talent across motorsports, performance automotive, and high-performance engineering markets
  • Build pipelines of specialized talent including engineers, technicians, and leadership candidates
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, and ATS/CRM platforms to identify top talent
  • Screen resumes and online portfolios to determine candidate fit
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, or specialized automotive talent
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hireEZ
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for racing teams or performance vehicle manufacturers
  • Understanding of vehicle performance systems and racing operations
  • Existing network within the motorsports community
