Senior Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex platform, infrastructure, and API issues using logs, metrics, traces, and debugging tools
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, HTTP requests, authentication, JSON payloads, SDKs, and webhooks
• Reproduce production issues and collaborate with Engineering to identify root causes
• Improve developer experience by enhancing tooling, monitoring, and documentation
• Design and improve internal tooling, automations, and operational workflows
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve investigation speed and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering, Developer Support, SRE, or similar technical roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills across REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, and distributed systems
• Experience using observability platforms (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards)
• Ability to read application code (Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or PHP)
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools for engineering productivity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience with observability platforms like Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
• Experience designing or implementing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows
• Experience building or scaling technical support functions or internal tooling
