Job description

Join Lean Technologies as a Senior Technical Support Specialist based in Dubai (hybrid). You will support B2B fintech clients integrating and using Lean's financial APIs, investigate and triage issues, document solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve support operations. This role requires technical problem-solving, experience with APIs and logs, and fluent Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client issues via email, Slack, WhatsApp, and calls/meetings
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve API and product-related problems using tools such as Elasticsearch, Postman, and internal admin panels
  • Escalate bugs and feature requests to engineering and product teams with clear context and documentation
  • Document solutions, runbooks, and FAQs to expand support resources
  • Participate in incident management and on-call rotations
  • Perform basic QA testing during issue triage and incident resolution
  • Identify and suggest improvements to support processes, tools, and documentation
