Senior Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems and integrations
• Manage day-to-day order-to-cash processes across DTC and retail
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades with vendors
• Build and maintain QA checks for data and system integrity
• Provide first-layer tech support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools
• Manage cybersecurity protocols and business continuity planning
• Document process flows, system configurations, and training materials
• Lead technology improvement projects from requirements to post-live support
• Manage technology onboarding for new hires, including equipment and AI tools
• Partner with departments to evaluate and implement new technology tools

Requirements

• 2-3 years in technology support or similar role at a fast-growing company
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex hardware and software
• Proven experience redesigning workflows or processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics)
