Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior partner to top management on all Total Rewards topics, driving data-backed decisions on compensation and incentives
  • Own end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for personnel costs, including scenario modeling and variance analysis
  • Lead grading and job architecture initiatives to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Drive advanced people analytics including HR ROI and productivity metrics
  • Design and scale performance management frameworks and bonus logic
  • Partner with Finance and HRBPs on complex compensation cases such as offers and reorganizations
  • Own LTI programs end-to-end, including design, administration, and modeling

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
  • Proven experience working with C-level and Finance stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and compensation analytics
  • Expertise in grading, job architecture, and market benchmarking
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for complex scenario modeling
  • Experience with LTI, equity, or long-term incentive programs
