Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to shape and evolve Total Rewards strategy
  • Design and articulate comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies
  • Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity, and job architecture
  • Drive the integration of Total Rewards strategy into critical talent programs
  • Act as Total Rewards subject matter expert for product, finance, legal, and leadership teams
  • Drive education and enablement efforts to build organizational understanding
  • Lead proactive risk assessment and strategic foresight initiatives
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and decision-making
  • Mentor junior team members and the broader People team

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in total rewards roles within a global environment
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders
  • Deep knowledge of job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex concepts
  • Experience in fast-growing, global, and remote-friendly organizations preferred
  • Collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence
