Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to shape and evolve Total Rewards strategy
- Design and articulate comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies
- Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity, and job architecture
- Drive the integration of Total Rewards strategy into critical talent programs
- Act as Total Rewards subject matter expert for product, finance, legal, and leadership teams
- Drive education and enablement efforts to build organizational understanding
- Lead proactive risk assessment and strategic foresight initiatives
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and decision-making
- Mentor junior team members and the broader People team
Requirements
- Extensive experience in total rewards roles within a global environment
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles
- Strong communication skills to distill complex concepts
- Experience in fast-growing, global, and remote-friendly organizations preferred
- Collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence
