Senior Trust and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Run discovery to prioritize risk and map incident history
• Own the Trust & Safety roadmap and sequencing
• Author internal policies, emergency response, and escalation workflows
• Source and deploy safety solutions like body cameras and panic buttons
• Build and run field education programs and content
• Partner with Legal and Privacy on sensitive data and monitoring programs
• Serve as the escalation point for serious incidents
• Define and report metrics including incident rate and response time

Requirements

• 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety/EHS, risk, or corporate security
• 2+ years owning programs or leading people
• Experience supporting a distributed, in-person workforce
• Proven track record of building a function from zero
• Working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and workers' compensation
• Experience partnering with Legal on PII/PHI handling
• Excellent written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home health, or logistics
• Familiarity with lone-worker safety technology
• Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or OHST
• Experience building LMS curriculum
• Exposure to multi-state employment law regarding employee monitoring
