Senior Underwriter

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by bringing in new business and expanding carrier footprint through strategic appointments and producer relationships
• Own the quote-bind-issue lifecycle to ensure fast and accurate turnaround
• Build and evolve wholesale capabilities, specifically within binding authority lines
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and implement underwriting tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in wholesale underwriting or production within E&S
• Active home state general and surplus lines licenses
• Strong producer mindset with ability to build relationships and close deals
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and openness to occasional travel
