Senior User Acquisition Manager (TikTok)

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns
• Monitor and report campaign performance via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools
• Scale channels while maintaining or reducing CPA
• Improve ROI and key marketing metrics
• Test new targeting, ad formats, landing page concepts and creatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year TikTok experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with AppsFlyer and GA4
• Experience with UA automation and AI tools
• English B2+ (working level)
• Russian C1+ (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• TikTok certification
• Proven track record scaling mobile UA campaigns
• Experience in mobile/social/dating verticals
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and A/B testing
