Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level UX review and strategic guidance for complex, multi-journey product initiatives.
  • Review and refine intricate user flows to improve clarity, task completion, and adoption.
  • Identify user friction, edge cases, and usability risks; recommend pragmatic solutions aligned with business and technical constraints.
  • Advise on and help design UX research approaches (interviews, usability tests, data analysis) to validate recommendations.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to product managers, designers, and engineers to raise product quality.
  • Contribute to information architecture, systems thinking, and design-system considerations for large-scale products.
  • Work as a contract specialist in a hybrid setup (Dubai-based), delivering high-impact, project-based engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in UX/Product Design for complex products.
  • Portfolio required showcasing multi-journey, data-heavy case studies.
  • Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills.
  • Proven ability to identify UX risks, edge cases, and broken flows.
  • Experience running or advising on user research and usability testing.
  • Proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping.
  • Excellent communication; able to deliver direct, constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable balancing ideal UX with business and technical constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain experience in healthtech, healthcare platforms, SaaS, fintech, or marketplaces.
  • Prior contract or consultancy experience and ability to manage project-based engagements.
  • Familiarity with design systems and agile product delivery.
  • Experience interpreting analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to inform UX decisions.
