Senior UX Designer - EMEA Team

Description As a Senior UX Designer at 10up, you’ll be able to utilize a full spectrum of user experience design skills, while working collaboratively alongside our Content Design and Visual Design teams, leading meaningful, enterprise-level digital projects. You’ll have the creative flexibility to explore and experiment across design tools and processes on a combination of unique, challenging projects and ongoing support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level UX strategy, guidance, and design across 3-4 projects at a time.
• Consistently and proactively build long-term, and highly productive working relationships.
• Create and communicate UX Design project plans.
• Recognize and pursue UX Design opportunities with existing and/or new clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, digital agency environment.
• Highly proficient in UX tools such as Miro and Figjam.
