Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own UX strategy for core product areas, translating business goals and user needs into design direction
• Design end-to-end user experiences for data-intensive B2B products, including dashboards and analytics interfaces
• Lead high-quality execution in Figma using auto-layout, tokens, and shared variables
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to support modularity and consistency
• Partner with Product Management, engineers, and data scientists to deliver cohesive solutions
• Incorporate qualitative and quantitative user insights into design decisions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
• Strong focus on B2B, data-rich, or platform products
• Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design systems
• Proven experience designing dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces
• Ability to solve ambiguous, multi-dimensional usability challenges
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile product environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with marketing workflows, social analytics, or influencer ecosystems
